My friend, Anne Jackson, is a creative genius. She can take an idea and turn it into a book in no time. In fact, from a blog post alone she has created her next project, which is due out next summer.
This project is called Permission to Speak Freely: Essays and Art on Fear, Confession and Grace, which is all about things that people are afraid to talk about in church.

And for those of you who live near me (Williamsburg - Va Beach, VA), you'll be happy to know that I've been conspiring for months now to bring Anne to our area. The ink is not dry yet but you can mark your calendars for February 22, 2010 and plan to spend a half-day with Anne Jackson.
