Manic Monday Minute is a serious mind-dump that will probably take you one minute to read. Here are some thoughts going through my head right now...
This is the Manic Monday Minute... Burrrrrrr! I think today may have been the coldest day yet. Snow in the forecast too... Had a White Chocolate Mocha from Starbys today. It's one of their most popular drinks ya know. Inspiring stuff from my friends at Saddleback. Cheap Tickets isn't so... cheap. Threw a party at my house over the weekend. One of the attendees (who had never been to my house) apparently knows the lineage of tenants of my home. First thing she said when she walked in... "oh, I recognize this house now. a stripper use to live here." Wha? I learned something over the weekend. Never get near someone while they are playing the Wii. I got hit incredibly hard by someone putting their all into their golf swing. Something funny happened while setting up for the party too. I found a rat in my house. A toy rat. My sister undoubtedly left her kitty's toy behind from her visit in November and it caught me by surprise. I'm dreading something...like a kid dreads school starting after Christmas break is over. Today is mom's first day back to work. Thinking of her. Heard a great quote today: "There are two reasons for failure: thinking and not doing or doing and not thinking." Someone told me today that 2010 will be good to me. I believe... receive it... and can't wait to celebrate it. The day has been filled with a lot of God moments. It has seriously been a good day. Ran into an old friend today. I love unexpected meetings like that. Spending the day at the hospital while one of our students has open heart surgery. I was moved to tears after hearing the surgeon talk about some of the things our body naturally does on its own. To think that someone could deny our creator God after seeing how the human body works blows. my. mind! Well, I'm signing off friends.

Love the Manic Monday Minute. I once hit my wife while playing the wii. We were playing tennis and I swung while she was next to me. I felt awful!
