Manic Monday Minute is a serious mind-dump that will probably take you one minute to read. Here are some thoughts going through my head right now...
This is the Manic Monday Minute Had an awesome weekend. Spent the weekend in the mountains of VA on a retreat. Did some hiking and orienteering through the forest and had a great time unplugging. Saw a dead black bear on the side of the highway on the way back home. Had an amazing student service last night. Students made decisions and we had fun... We had a special guest youth band with us and they were incredible to work with. After I spoke a number of teens really encouraged me. More on that later... Been doing a lot of twitter exchanging with this guy all day today. I love making friends on twitter. Follow my daily musings on twitter. Tony Nolan asked me what is my favorite wing? [Here] was my response. Spent the afternoon listening to Kings of Leon while I worked... Weather has been beautiful lately. LOVE the temp. This is my kind of weather! Shoutout to my mom! Last week she told me she had been reading the Manic Monday Minute. =) Fingers crossed that she'll soon hop on Facebook and Twitter. Email down again! Uggh. What if God was one of us? That song has been in my head for days. Memorizing my lines for my recurring role as Joseph. One of my students has been consistently telling me that I need to treat him well because he'll be famous one day. I smile... nod... agree... and then suggest that he never forget "the little people." Catalyst. Sold Out. I've been getting bitten periodically today by an invisible mosquito. Did I mention that I'm loving this weather? Booking 2010 dates. Like now. Free downloadable eBook from my friend, Nick Arnold, on "Tearing Down the Walls of the Youth Room." Good night San Deeahgoh.
